We offer two tiers: Starter (cloud-hosted, fully managed) and Scale (hybrid on-prem + cloud, or full BYOD). Both include containerized workload hosting on Kubernetes, automated CI/CD via GitHub Actions with deploy-to-k8s, HTTPS termination and domain management, structured logging (Loki), metrics (Prometheus + Grafana), uptime alerting (Slack or PagerDuty), automated daily backups, and a staging environment. The Scale tier adds optional on-premises node integration, AI inference serving for local LLM and vision models, VPN access control and network segmentation, and database clustering with high availability. Monthly retainer includes a defined incident response SLA. We handle the initial setup (2-week onboarding sprint), ongoing maintenance, and infrastructure reviews quarterly.
